👨🍳Method
Cook the "Steak"
5-7 minHeat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and coat it lightly with zero-calorie cooking spray. Add the diced onions and cook for 1 minute. Add the extra-lean ground meat along with the crumbled beef bouillon, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper. Break the meat apart and cook until fully browned and cooked through. Remove from heat.
Crisp the Crust
2-3 minPreheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). Place the whole-wheat flatbread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake it completely bare for 2-3 minutes.
Assemble the Pizza
2 minRemove the crisped flatbread from the oven. Spread an even layer of the sugar-free BBQ sauce right to the edges. Sprinkle down half of the grated light Edam cheese. Evenly distribute your cooked meat mixture and the fresh sliced mushrooms over the pizza. Top with the remaining grated cheese.
Bake
6-8 minReturn the fully loaded pizza to the oven for 6-8 minutes. Bake until the cheese is entirely melted and bubbly, and the edges of the flatbread are golden brown and crispy.
Serve
2 minRemove from the oven, let it cool for 1-2 minutes to let the cheese set slightly, slice into pieces, and serve immediately.
