๐จโ๐ณMethod
Prep the Banana
2-3 hrsPeel the banana, cut it into thick, bite-sized chunks, and place them in the freezer for at least 2-3 hours (or overnight) until completely solid.
Make the Chocolate Peanut Glaze
2 minIn a small bowl, whisk together the chocolate whey protein powder and the powdered peanut butter. Slowly add water or almond milk, one teaspoon at a time, stirring vigorously until it forms a thick, rich, and glossy chocolate syrup.
Make the White Drizzle
1 minIn a separate tiny bowl, thin out the plain non-fat Greek yogurt with a few drops of water and a dash of sweetener until it reaches a runny, pourable consistency.
Assemble
1 minArrange the frozen banana chunks standing upright on a serving plate. Pour the thick chocolate peanut glaze generously over and around the banana pieces, coating them well.
Drizzle & Garnish
1 minDrizzle the white vanilla glaze over the chocolate-covered bananas. Finish by scattering the freshly chopped strawberries on top. Serve immediately so the bananas keep their firm, ice-cream-like texture.
