🧾Ingredients
Chocolate Dough
- 15gVegan chocolate protein powder (pea, soy, or blend)
- 5gUnsweetened cocoa powder (high-quality)
- 5gOat flour (or coconut flour)
- 1-2 tbspUnsweetened almond milk (or water)
- ¼ tspHazelnut extract (optional)
- to tasteZero-calorie sweetener (Stevia or Erythritol)
- a tiny pinchSea salt
Crunchy Coating
- 7gFinely crushed raw hazelnuts or peanuts
👨🍳Method
Mix the Dry Ingredients
1 minIn a small mixing bowl, combine the vegan chocolate protein powder, unsweetened cocoa powder, oat flour, zero-calorie sweetener, and the pinch of sea salt.
Create the Dough
2 minAdd the hazelnut extract (if using). Slowly pour in the unsweetened almond milk, about a half-tablespoon at a time. Mix vigorously with a spoon or your hands until it forms a thick, moldable, and slightly sticky dough.
Form the Bombs
2 minDivide the dough evenly into 3 equal portions. Roll each portion between the palms of your hands to form three perfectly round spheres.
Coat the Bombs
2 minSpread the finely crushed hazelnuts (or peanuts) out on a small plate. Roll each sticky chocolate ball through the crushed nuts, pressing gently so the nut pieces adhere fully to the outside.
Set and Serve
15-20 minPlace the coated bombs on a plate or in a small container and place them in the refrigerator for at least 15-20 minutes to firm up before serving.
