Prepare the Chocolate Peanut Cream

Prepare the Vanilla Cream
1 minIn another small dish, mix the non-fat Greek yogurt and the 5g of vanilla whey protein. Add a small splash of almond milk or water to thin it out slightly so it can be poured or spread smoothly.
Make the Waffle Batter
1 minIn a medium bowl, whisk the liquid egg whites, whole wheat flour, 10g vanilla whey protein, baking powder, and sweetener until completely smooth.
Cook the Waffle
5 minPreheat your waffle iron and coat it generously with zero-calorie cooking spray. Pour the batter in and cook according to your waffle iron's instructions (usually 3-5 minutes) until golden and crispy.
Assemble the Dual Glaze
