๐จโ๐ณMethod
Sear the Beef Patty
10 minForm your extra-lean ground beef into an oblong patty shape so it fits better inside a wrap. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and coat lightly with zero-calorie cooking spray. Season the patty generously with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Sear for 4-5 minutes per side until beautifully browned and cooked through. Remove from the pan, let it rest for a moment, then chop it into thick bite-sized chunks.
Assemble the Wrap
2 minLay your low-carb tortilla flat. Mix the Greek yogurt with a dash of yellow mustard, then spread it down the center. Layer the shredded fresh lettuce evenly. Pile your warm, cooked beef chunks directly on top of the greens.
Add the Cheese and Ketchup
1 minPlace your slice of light cheese directly over the warm beef chunks so it begins to melt from the residual heat. Drizzle your sugar-free ketchup generously over the top.
Fold and Toast
3 minTuck the ends of the tortilla in and roll it up tightly. Wipe your skillet clean, give it one more quick spray of cooking spray, and place it back over medium heat. Place the wrap seam-side down first to seal it. Cook for 1-2 minutes per side until the tortilla is crispy and golden brown.
Serve
1 minCut the wrap cleanly in half on a diagonal. Stack the two halves to show off that beautiful, cheesy, meaty cross-section. Serve hot!
