👨🍳Method
Prep the Produce
2 minWash all produce thoroughly. Cut the beetroot into quarters and the carrot into chunks that fit your juicer feed tube. Cut the green apple in half — you only need one half. Cut the lemon in half and set aside.
The Juice Press
3 minFeed the beetroot quarters through the juicer first (they are the hardest), followed by the carrot chunks, then the half apple, and finally squeeze in the juice of the full lemon by hand. Stir the combined juice well.
Pour Over Ice
30 secFill a short clear glass tumbler with a full cup of ice cubes. Pour the freshly pressed juice directly over the ice. The ice immediately chills it and expands the volume so it fills the glass completely.
