- 2 tbspSugar-free ketchup (for dipping)

👨🍳Method
Bake the Wedges
20-25 minPreheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) or your air fryer to 195°C (385°F). Toss the potato wedges in a bowl with a generous spray of zero-calorie cooking spray, sea salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Arrange them in a single layer and bake for 20-25 minutes (or air fry for 12-15 minutes), flipping halfway, until they are golden and crispy.
Form the Patty
2 minTake the extra-lean ground beef and gently form it into a wide, flat patty. Season both sides generously with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Cook the Burger
4 minHeat a non-stick skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat. Coat lightly with zero-calorie cooking spray. Place the patty in the hot pan and cook for about 4 minutes on the first side.
The "Ooze" Method
3-4 minFlip the burger. Immediately place your 2 slices of low-fat Edam cheese on top of the hot patty. Add a tiny splash of water (just a teaspoon) to the very edge of the hot pan and quickly cover the pan with a lid. The steam will perfectly melt the low-fat cheese so it drapes completely over the edges. Cook for 3-4 more minutes until the beef is cooked to your liking, then remove from the heat.
Toast the Bun
30 secBriefly toast the insides of your whole-wheat sandwich thin in the residual heat of the pan.
Assemble and Serve
1 minSpread the sugar-free ketchup and mustard on the bottom bun. Layer your pickle slices, then carefully place the heavily cheesed beef patty on top. Close the burger. Serve immediately with your hot potato wedges and extra sugar-free ketchup on the side.
