π¨βπ³Method
Create the Base
1 minIn a mixing bowl, combine the plain non-fat Greek yogurt, vanilla whey protein powder, and almond extract.
Mix Until Smooth
2 minStir vigorously until the protein powder is completely dissolved and the mixture is smooth. If the pudding is too thick (this depends on your brand of whey), stir in 1-2 tablespoons of unsweetened almond milk or water until it reaches a creamy, pudding-like consistency. Taste and add a pinch of zero-calorie sweetener if you prefer it sweeter.
Chill
15-20 minTransfer the pudding mixture to a serving glass or small bowl. Place it in the fridge for 15-20 minutes to set slightly and chill.
Garnish & Serve
1 minRight before eating, top the pudding with the mixed forest berries and sprinkle the 5g of crushed almonds evenly over the top for texture. Serve immediately.
