Put your 30g of chocolate whey powder into the bottom of your favorite mug. Add just 1 tablespoon of cold water or cold almond milk to the powder.

Stir vigorously with a spoon until it forms a thick, perfectly smooth, dark chocolate paste. Make sure there are absolutely no dry spots — this is the critical step!

Heat the Milk

Heat your 200ml of unsweetened almond milk until hot but not boiling. You can use a microwave (about 90 seconds) or a small saucepan.
